FashionAFRICANA’s founder, Demeatria Boccella, proudly takes on (True Colors: The Fashions of Pride, on June 4, 2023, at 11:00 am), a fashion-forward event of pride celebrating the beautiful beacons of the LGBTQ+ community. This special event is an outdoor garden fashion show and champagne brunch at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in partnership with their flower shop. Demeatria Boccella is assembling and curating a moment in all of our fashion memory banks that we will never forget. Through her creative agency, Demeatria Boccella Productions LLC, she has brought on talented fashion stylists Imani Jahaan, Wren, and gifted artists Veronica Burgess for makeup and Tenel Dorsey for hair. It is inspiring to know that these creatives and organizations like FashionAFRICANA are helping honor every individual and their God-given authenticity. Come out and support these beautiful individuals! Funds raised will go towards the LGBTQ+ community and small business education.
